About Us

Amelia works with organisations, executives and senior leaders who want to drive sustainable team performance to make a meaningful impact. She is an organisational psychologist registrar, executive coach and team dynamics consultant. Her expertise is in workplace psychology, team performance, coaching psychology, wellbeing culture and psychometrics. She works with clients across the private and public sectors including mining, oil and gas, professional services, tertiary education, health, logistics and government. In her early professional career she worked in Europe, gaining experience in global commodity markets and Big Four consulting. Amelia has presented at industry conferences on topics related to psychology at work and is quoted in media articles about psychology. She is a Fellow and Non-Executive Director of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine.
